| Oct 19 | VideoThe Neithercut Honors’ Choir has four times been one of the featured performing groups for the Holiday Pops Concert at The Whiting, broadcast live on Channel 12 each year, the only elementary school group to have earned this distinction. Holiday concertgoers have been impressed by the musicality, versatility, and enthusiasm of these young musicians. This broadcast aired in December of 2009. The Neithercut Honors’ Choir recorded this music video in the spring of 2008 on location in downtown Flint, Michigan. The 1930′s and 1940′s were an exciting time in America. Musicians like Benny Goodman, Glenn Miller, Duke Ellington, and Tommy Dorsey traveled the nation sharing their love of music with fans everywhere. The Neithercut Honors’ Choir takes us back to the “Big Band” era. 13 Responses to “Video” |
